Default Newbie question - rapidleech

Hello everyone,

Just need some help. Been using free download manager (FDM) for years and
few days ago downloaded jdownloader and its great using premium accounts etc..

The only problem I have from moving fully from FDM is I have rapidleech with username/password and cant find anywhere to keep it.

Under manage accounts, its preloaded with file hosts like rapidshare etc..

I can download http links on jdownloader which do not require username and password.

Please show me where like in FDM site manager, I can keep the username and password and then can download the links from my personal rapidleech.

This is the only problem I have remaining to replace FDM with Jdownloader.

thanks in advance

rapidleech .com ? We don't have any support for this. I've looked at rapidleech source code a couple times in the past just to see what it was about. I really don't see any benefit in setting up rapidleech on a web server effectively using it as a multihoster platform. Unless you can get better speeds from your server? We have limited multihosters support at the stage. We are prevented from releasing multihoster addon updates until our next major version come outs.

So my two work around solutions are.. download them directly by adding your premium accounts directly to JD as we have many premium supported hosters plugins. OR use a proxy back to your server effectively giving you the same advantage as running rapidleech on your server. Take note that https + proxy will fail in jd stable/beta branches (bug) which has been fixed by our next major update.

Thanks raztoki for your answer. I will try the proxy method, but thought it might be simple.

Just need to keep my username and password and I can leech my own files from my VPS.

Thanks once again

Just a username and password

For example

**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
type in my username and password and then I can leech my files

edit.. drleecher dot com

With FDM, I use had to type in username and password once and
then any files I try to download after that are downloaded.

I tried to download using jdownloader and it told me it was offline.
Since it couldnt access my account as I couldnt find anywhere to input my details.

Using add account, it has preset accounts (like rapidshare etc..)and so cant add my account.

Just need to get this sorted as jdownloader as it has all the other features of FDM.

Thanks

If you don't know how to do it, which I doubt, then you can have a look at FDM's source code. : "**External links are only visible to Support Staff**
