Sample file can be downloaded in the browser with a free registered account without issues. Settings tab in JDownloader reports "Plugin Broken, contact JDownloader Support". I don't use a VPN or proxy server.

On the settings tab in JDownloader, where I have entered my account information, I see the error message "Plugin Broken, contact JDownloader Support" next to status underneath my ID.

If your bugreport is about a specific website which JD supports via plugin, please also provide example URLs which can be used to reproduce the issue you are having.
