create package customiser based off file extension
disable extraction.

best bet would be to fix the issue, in which we would need the links/files to test with.

Create a Rule in Packagizer in Settings and tell JDownloader to disable auto extraction for 7z files

i upload 2 7z archives into mediafire

1. folder01.7z contains 48 files

**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

2. folder02.7z contains 81 files

**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

they both are extracted by jd 2 without error

why 7z from uploaded or rapidgator give an error when extracted by jd2?

It has nothing to do with host. It's a bug in used extraction library with 7zip archives

Thank you. I look forward to trying the next update.

Will this also fix the problem when password protected 7z archives won't extract?

Please provide an example 7zip.
The update will fix the crash. But there are many 7zip compression algos and not all are supported (yet), so without an example archive, I can't tell.

I have downloaded a .7z file which gives an extraction error under JD2 (updated today). It unpacks OK manually using WinRAR. Filesize is about 450MB. Do you want a link or any further info?
