Default Jd 0.5.917 don't start with - vista sp3

The "javaw.exe", starts in background and continues to run, but the "JD" window is not shown.

Need Help.

try:
close jd and kill all java processes
then delete the plugins folder and start jdupdate.jar

I try to start with "Jupdate.jar", but only gives this message:

"Could not create database. Please remove JD_Home/config directory and restart JD"
I don't know what it means. Maybe it are Vista Restrictions Policies.

I don't have "Config" folder.

JD, starts without config.
It's the first time that runs.

I had this problem too
Turned out in the end I was installing JDownloader from a non-writeable source
in my case it as a CD in just a CD reader
copied the files to the hard drive and all OK
