Default Decrypter fail for protect-mylinks.com
hello jdteam,

JD2 can't decrypt link from protect-mylinks.com

Example:

fixed the decrypt urls. wait for next plugin update
the f urls didn't work in browser

Yes it work, look the source code of fake page 404.
