Mirror Preference Order
When a download object is added, JD2 should try to download it with the most preferred source from the list.
The users should be able to modify the list in the setting. eg: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** |

You can already do that with the packagizer. Create a rule that gives links from your preferred hoster a higher priority and/or from hosters you don't want to download from a low priority.

JD also evaluates mirrors based on available accounts and account usage rules before using a given mirror. Package customiser and referencing a higher priority is the way to do it like fbd mentioned if they are all alike (all free downloads or all accounts of the same type.)
