[No user feedback] Subfolder name of we.tl
When I download the link of we.tl using jd2, I generally set the value of "LinkgrabberSettings: Subfolder Threshold" to 1 in the settings of jd2.
This is because I prefer to download the file without creating a folder if there is only one file in the download link. Recently I found something uncomfortable while downloading the link from we.tl. Please refer to the sample link and image below. Link : **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** If the value of "LinkgrabberSettings: Subfolder Threshold" is 0, the parent folder is created when I download the above link. This makes it easier for the user to identify the path. However, if the value of "LinkgrabberSettings: Subfolder Threshold" is 1, a single file and a subfolder are separated without the parent folder. Suppose I download several links below at once. Link : **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** In this case, the files and folders get mixed up, making it difficult for me to check which link was downloaded. In conclusion, like the image below, I want to apply the name of the downloaded folder as the address of the link. Is there an option I can apply in jd2's settings to make it? Thank you |

I'm not 100% sure but I think I was able to understand what you mean:
In the case of wetransfer there is no "root folder name" given which means if you add different URLs, all files that are not in a separate root folder might end up mixed with totally different files. That can be considered as a bug but of course also bad usability of wetranswer. Anyways - I've corrected this by using your mentioned "shortID" as the root folder. Essentially this means after the next update, you will get a similar structure in JD as if you were to download the .zip from wetransfer and extract it via "extract to subfolder". So after the update, it will be like this: we.tl/t-Ri2VDwUGfc --> [YourBasePath]/t-Ri2VDwUGfc/FILE 3.txt [YourBasePath]/t-Ri2VDwUGfc/2 Files/FILE 1.txt [YourBasePath]/t-Ri2VDwUGfc/2 Files/FILE 2.txt Wartest du auf einen angekündigten Bugfix oder ein neues Feature? Thanks for your feedback.
I'am unsure whether or not we ill release the next CORE-updates before next week so you might have to wait some days more. Until then - stay safe & healthy! -psp-

I just completed the update and verified that the plugin works normally.
Sorry to bother you But I have one question. Before updating jd2, if the value of "LinkgrabberSettings: Subfolder Threshold" is 1 and the link of we.tl contains only a single file, jd2 could automatically download a single file without creating a "short id" folder. Is this option currently unavailable on we.tl? t-Ri2VDwUGfx link has 3 files, so I think it is correct that all files must exist under a folder with a short-id name. However, because t-oz9qW0SmA4 link has only a single file, it would be better to place it in the root folder when I apply the setting of ["LinkgrabberSettings: Subfolder Threshold" is 1]. Please refer to the image below. Last edited by tlckfeks; 09.01.2021 at 04:27. |

Hi again,
that setting is not related to this behavior - that setting only affects "Subfolder by packagename" which is a totally different feature. There is no setting for that you want - you will have to wait for Jiaz' answer or we'd have to hardcode it into the wetransfer plugin or your could adjust it viaan EventScripter Script. -psp-

Thank you for your kind support!
I don't know much about programming, I confirmed that the page below is the same as the request I want. https://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=68587 I'll wait for developer feedback. |

I'd like to solve this without changing the wetransfer plugin once again so you'll have to wait until Jiaz finds time to check this.
Changing it in the plugin would still mean that files of multiple wetransfer URLs could get mixed up in one folder -> We want to avoid this usually -psp-
