As I can update the plug 1fichier my Jdowloader 2?
When I try to download some file tells me that the plug-in is outdated.

Default update #487 1fichier plugin out of date

Hi all,

I saw the last thread from MrMister (Bug #76272) but i have still the error message.
With version #32317 update #487 my last try is one hour ago.Is any fix coming on next update?

I did not have problems with this plugin before and after. Unfortunately I got following error :
An Error occurred (1fichier.com)
This link is private. You're not authorized to download it!

I download this file using Internet Explorer 11 (Win 8.1 x64)

Sorry, I do not understand. I followed instructions. First time I forgot to change settings but the second one I switched to debug mode. Maybe I did something wrong?

when you upload the logs, you need to copy the jdlog://id in the dialog that pops up otherwise we have no idea who's log is who's.

I can't find that message in your log.
What I found is server message: "For security reasons, following many request errors, your IP address (-edited-) is temporarily locked."
And those links (files) are password protected.

It's a bit strange. First I got the mentioned error, then "Server error 403" and sometimes something along the lines of "the password is wrong", which it isn't. It's a large set of files (~2000) and I use one connection per file with three downloads in parallel. Sometimes downloads work, but when I come back later it's again reporting any of the errors I described. Any idea?

First activity in the log, you've got "IP Locked". So it must be in the previous log.
For links with password, you need to stay around to enter the password.
For "password is wrong", please provide example link + password.

That 403 came with message: "IP Locked. If you make too much request errors, without taking care of server results, your IP address will be locked for some time... Will be unlocked within 1h."

I have added error handling for that, this host will be unavailable for you for one hour.
I didn't test it, so your feedback is expected.

You can ask their support, why you got that restriction despite that you have premium account.

I'm having an issue where it treats my account as free and then locks for an hour. it's been happening for over 24 hours but no issue if i directly download from the folder. It locks my ip for an hour a few times and then temp suspends me. Yesterday it was 403 error and today it's treating me as a free account but the account is linked up as paid unlimited. The software is also giving me a box saying i'm using free mode.

I've sent an email to 1fichier because it is still happening to me and treating me like a free user. I'm not sure if it is the plugin or them but it is the first time I have ever had this issue. It allows me to download a few files then blocks me for an hour. I'll post if I get a solution or response

It's giving me a wait timer on all downloads and at one point it asked if the plugin was outdated. Strange problem, never had it before. Here is a new log. Thanks for all the help.

Now my "IP will be locked for 1h". Is it possible, that adding or activating links is causing JDownloader to make too many API requests, resulting in a temporary ban by 1fichier?

I get exactly this. I emailed them and they said they can't assist with 3rd party software JDOWNLOADER is also telling me I'm in free mode but the premium account is checked and linked in account manager. I've set a rule for it to not use free mode but it still acts like free mode on a wait timer and downloads several files before blocking my IP for 1 hour or so.

message is "When you make too many erroneous requests, regardless of the results returned by the server, your IP will be blocked for a while ...
Your IP will be unblocked within 1 hour."

OK, 1fichier have said that checklinks does not support password protected files and that i need to use API instead. They referred me to this section of the site which gave the following info

There are an API to check 1fichier.com links
Use POST request on **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
Parameter: links[] with the link to check au format http[s]://abcdef.1fichier.com or **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** Will fails on bad or protected links

For security reasons, any request that returns an error may temporarily block your access.
You must only access the data that you are authorized to use.
