Where in JD2 "Force download"?

Force Download ...not for me to (is only the "Start Download")

and where the "Disable Download" (selected links & packages) ?

This option always shows the status opposite to the status of the link(s)/package(s).
So there is no Enable/Disable option in rightclick but Enable for Disabled Link(s)/Package(s) and Disable for Enabled Link(s)/Package(s).

And Start Download works as the Force Download in previous versions - it starts downloading when there is no transfer or force concurrent downloading when there are downloads in progress.
