uploadgig status: 'plugin broken'
Hello, I encountered a problem in uploadgig.com, the account password is completely correct, but still unable to log in. I tried to change the password but the problem remains.

In the settings under account manager it says this for the account when attempting to just see current status of the account. If you attempt to refresh the same thing occurs. It will briefly show a different error that claims 'invalid username/password!' and then advises that if you are using special characters you should try a password without them (i tried this and the same error occurs). Shortly after this error comes up after the refresh attempt it goes back to the 'plugin broken' error.
I did make sure that my current login & pswd are working by going to a link directly on the site and downloading it without any problems. |

No changes on our side since 14.02.2019. Logs show that Uploadgig states that logins are wrong.
We need username/password to check/fix this. Most likely they have changed something with login/website

Same problem with Uploadgig. Here's the message I'm getting when attempting to [ADD] the account. I'd removed it to reselect it.

Merged uploadgig threads.
Please post a DEBUG-log. Please post your log-ID here | bitte poste deine Log-ID hier. -psp- EDIT This is probably caused by their login captcha ...

the problem is that for the plugin to update we need to be able to 'update' the app, but the app continues to insist it is up to date.

@paravia: Please provide a debug log. The first update did not fully fix the problem. As pspzocker wrote, most likely there is a login captcha

Added support for their login captcha which did solve the issue for me.

Hi guys, I'm having a similar issue. I have all the latest updates to my jdownloader app but when I try to log into my uploadedgig account, the status shows 'skipped - captcha' and the downloaded traffic bar shows 'temp. disabled'.
|
#35
|
||||
|
||||
@phughes64: You might have to enter a login captcha for uploadgig. "skipped-captcha" means you did skip/not solve that login captcha. Is your JDownloader running locally with GUI or headless?

Ah okay, so Captcha should pop up for me to complete the setup process?
I'm running in GUI mode. |

@phughes64
yes. some providers protect login with captcha event. This serves to stop brute force attacks, ddos, logins from different subnets that you're not normally associated with.

Hi, I am also having this issue. My jDownloader 2 is up to date, my uploadgig.com account login info is correct, and the program is still asking me to fill in captchas and not recognizing my account.
I have restarted the program, no change. My logs: 20.05.20 19.36.27 <--> 18.05.20 20.21.50 jdlog://3178915302851/ |

According to your loh, you never answered the login captcha.
You HAVE TO answer this captcha at least once so you account can get recognized ... Code:
jd.plugins.CaptchaException:SkipRequest=SINGLE

Thank you! I don't remember ever having to do the captcha with a premium account before, so when it kept prompting me, I assumed there was something wrong. Everything's working now.
