Default [NOT a JDownloader bug] 1fichier.com with vpn, important speed decrease (VPN)

@ Jiaz:
Since the middle of this month, download starts with a speed greater than 10 MiB/s but in a fraction of a second it drops to an average of 600 KiB/s.
The same happens with a browser.
Turning off the vpn, none of this happened and it even allows me to download more than one file, one at the time, without restrictions.
Less than a month ago when you were trying to solve a problem with a plugin, you commented that you had to use more than one vpn.
As you have these tools at your disposal, I would appreciate if you could gave me your opinion.
Are all vpn connections affected?

I've sent an email to 1fichier, waiting for an answer.

Which speeds are you getting via browser(same file, same time of day)?
Please read this:
https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...-downloadspeed
Speeds I get with this file (no VPN, german IP, Gbit, free download):
90MiB/s -> File is nearly instantly downloaded 100%.

Where did Jiaz write that?
My guess is that you mis-interpreted that.

1fichier.com is generally known to hate the usage of VPNs so my opinion:
Either 1fichier recognizes- and speed-limits downloads with your VPN or there are other limiting factors (speed limit set in JD by mistake, routing problems, ISP limits and so on, see the article I linked).
In general, problems with downloadspeed are not JDownloader issues (again see linked article).

@ pspzockerscene
After doing some research and testing, it's pretty obvious that my vpn has been blacklisted at 99.9%. This percentage, because very rarely I manage to download with my maximum speed.

Thanks for the support.
