rapidshare introduced limitations on downloading files from other users. The limitation is based on accounts, so if the uploader account has had 30GB/day downloaded across all their files you can not download any of the uploaders files, at least until it resets. It is their latest attempt at trying to limit the quantity of piracy on their service.

Rapidshare has changed its hosting model per 27.11. It's explained here:
http://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=43670. I've already experienced phenomenal RS download speeds! And I wonder if this means that RS now provides resume facilities to freeloaders too (like they used to provide to premium users), as in their new policy they no longer distinguish between premium users and freeloaders when downloading. |
