[Linux] Latest version = 100% cpu
I have a four core Linux box that when I run the latest release causes all four cores to run right near 100%. Looking at top I see that JD is doing something with Java that is causing the CPU saturation.
The installed version of java is: jre-8u45-linux-x64.rpm How do I go back, say a week, to get a working version again? At this point in time I have to quit JD. UPDATE: 30.06.15 21.40.11to30.06.15 21.40.44 jdlog://1738042225341/ Last edited by MrVideo; 01.07.2015 at 05:41. |

Hi,
can we do a teamviewer session? In Logfile nothing shows something that can cause high cpu usage. Does it also have high cpu after restart? What window manager do you use? Cause log says it does not support TrayIcon.

The latest version of Fedora and Gnome might. I'm behind on getting stuff done in order to change out the mobo and reload the latest Fedora. |

www.teamviewer.com -> Remote support tool we use to help.
That would be the fastest way to help you else I need a stacktrace Click 1-2-3 times create log (but do not upload) and on 4th time, finally upload and give logID again

The log is all good.
Does it happen directly after restart. Is any update pending? Does it make a difference when you enable/disable clipboard monitoring?

I do not like rebooting the Linux box, but will to see if that makes a difference. UPDATE: Well, that is a new one. I've never had to reboot because of JD before. Acting normal. This is one for the FAQ. Last edited by MrVideo; 01.07.2015 at 11:41. Reason: update |

I think it is not JDownloader because I see extrem high softirq and sys-cpu usage.
and from stacktrace in JD I can tell JD is quit (no loop burning cpu) It looks more like hardware/kernel issue. I would reboot the box and then check again
