How to set it so when I click a downloadable link for example: image from google drive, I want to make it a pop up first to choose I can download it with Jdownloader instead of browser?
I want to make it like the attachment image. I tried Jdownloader extension with chrome but It didn't work

That is not possible at least not with the tools/addons we officially provide.
You might find other 3rd party browser addons which can "catch" direct-URLs and send them to JDownloader.

Yes, kind of.
If your links are supported and you got the clipboard observation enabled, paste is not needed (copy only).
