I have crawljob which downlods the files into certain folder.

Is there any way to set the extraction path as well in cron job?

Because there is no point of setting download path as extraction will happen in default location which will defy the pupose of setting download location

Why not simply use default settings in extraction module and JDownloader will extract into download location.

As an alternative you could make use of Eventscripter and disable auto extraction of the links and then the script will wait for downoad finish and then set custom extract folder
