Cool

You probably never learned about the use of the full stop in your grammar lessons. I've tried to parse you text and I finally understand that you have a dialogue waiting for your input, but it doesn't react to your inputs nor actions. You can't upload a log because jD freezes.

My recommendations are :-

- Reduce the number of connections to 1 or 2. This is the Max.Con. setting in the bottom right corner of your jD window.

- Allow java.exe and javaw.exe in your firewall and virus software. Also disable the html/web scanner in your virus software.

PS: I can perfectly download your youtube link.

A very pertinent question (you didn't learn about the question mark neither ). The setting, as it is implemented now, should have been hidden down a zillion sub levels of menus, such as is often the case for frequently used settings in M$ Windoze.

Did you change the setting or was it the default setting?

Is there some way to make jDownloader not grab youtube links? I'd rather keep downloading from multiple hosts, and I already have tools to rip youtube videos.

You can also disable the youtube.com plug-in in Settings -> Plugins & Add-ons -> Host
