First, I love JD.

B/ I would like to download videos coming from youtube (for example) in a custom folder (different than the one I set as default).
Is that possible ? How can one do that ?

Also, I'd like to set a default youtube video format.
Is that possible? how would one do that ?

wait for jd2. it has the packagizer where you can set different folders/custmize stuff depending on many rules

Hey, thanks for letting me know it's not currently possible. Somehow I thought it was and not being able to was making me crazy !
Im not sure what the "JD package customizer" plugin is then, but I never could make it work anyway.

I couldnt find many informations on jd2, changelogs, release date ..? Hope it comes soon !

in jd2 you can define rules what to do (change folder, change name, set max chunks, set enabled/disabled). you can grab a pre-beta in jd2 thread here in forum

Tried it. Seems awesome and very stable for a "pre-beta".
I'll wait for its official release as there is some pretty important features missing, at least for me. Like "Delete files from JD" (doesn't work for me), or a customizable toolbar, like the "clear all finished links" button.
