I had already read the thread but until now I have been able to answer.

Apparently many things are changing in social media like Tiktok. I thought it was something more "simple" but apparently in this case it is something more.

@HydroLogic: Thanks for the link. right now we have a working workaround in plugin (with next update) but maybe this thread shows some other way. we will check it

I'm sorry but as long as we're not releasing any updates it doesn't make sense to put more time into this atm.
The next update will fix API download and thus also watermark-free download.
We'll go with the solution we got now until it doesn't work anymore.

Your 2nd link seems to link an archive containing all kinds of tools- and helper-tools for downloading tiktok items.

Hi sorry to nudge but is there release timeframe for the "(with next update)" to address the TikTok download issue? Since https://board.jdownloader.org/showpo...96&postcount=3 states Monday/Tuesday on the 18th. I totally get things get delayed for other priorities. But just wondering if there might be an update on the release date?

Oh there is a long thead about this, actually none API or API HD working yet.

Summary:
- HD downloading won't come back at least we were unable to find any way to download those video-versions for now
- Watermark-free will work fine again after our next set of CORE-updates.

API HD does not work. Getting "server error 404."
