setup firewall/Av correct because
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect
are typical firewall/av issues


dynamic chunks will come with one of the next major updates

So jiaz you tell me that the router firewall is the cause for connection error i have on my jdownloader stable edition?

i tell that any firewall/av can cause this
what firewall/av do you use on computer?

Firewall i use the router linksys wag200g 1.01.09 has it and antivirus the microsoft security essential but i have add at ignore list the jdownloader even at services ignore list of m.s.e. av

do you use p2p at the same time? tried with disabled microsoft security?

If you've removed the firewall on your PC and there's still something blocking jD I would also look for ad blockers.

I would add at firewall ignore list the jdownloader as i would add it at av ignore list and i disable the firewall from my router and testing...
