Hallo,
ich nutze den JDownloader gerne. Bisher unter Windows 8. Nun bin ich auf Windows 10 umgestiegen und hier funktioniert der JDownloader nicht.
- JDownloader wird nicht unter meinen Programmen aufgelistet.
- Er wird jedoch in der Systemsteuerung unter meinen App angezeigt und kann dort deinstalliert werden.
- Kein Desktop-Symbol wurde erzeugt.
- Ich finde keine Möglichkeit das Programm zu öffnen.

Hat jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen oder eine Idee was ich falsch mache oder mein System falsch macht?

Ich habe die Installationsdatei von JDownloader.org und Chip.de etc. heruntergeladen und alles getestet.

Hei, ich glaube, ich habe eine Lösung gefunden. Ich hatte das gleiche Problem: Umstieg von W7 auf W10, jDownloader installiert, aber der verschwand wieder.

Kann es sein, dass du zwei Benutzerkonten hast? Falls ja, istalliert JD offenbar nur auf einem Benutzerkonto. Die Lösung ist, bei der Installation einen neutralen Installationsort zu wählen, z.B. C:/Programme statt C:/Benutzer/Benutzer1. Dann klappt es auch mit dem Programm.

default install path is c:\users\username\application data\jdownloader2 for memory
shortcuts should have been created, assuming you allowed that? alternatively you can use windows search and find jdownloader or jdownloader.jar to find the install path.

its not advised to place into program files or program data as those are protected paths, which is the main reason jd is now installed to users path. You can install outside of all these paths if you choose, just make sure its not a system protected directory
