So I dont know where the problem is, obviously there is something wrong

I use Uploaded.net and all works fine.

I added Novafile.com as you can see in the attached picture, it was added successfully

in the second block, You can see that its identified the account and is successfull, however, it says its a "free account" and has no time l eft.

I logged into my account, and screen shoted the profile , which shows its a premium, till Feb 2020 and has 11145MB available to download.

not sure what else to try?
