Like the title, how can I rename the file/image download name follow the number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, ... so on, please?

Can you also send the the picture on how to do it, to be more specific?

In case the links are from plugin support, it would make more sense in updating the plugin and adding this as a feature. Can you provide example links?

@Iamahentaipervert690: hmm, your example link already is numbered. either 01,02,03...or filename-01, filename-02....depending on your Settings->Plugins->xyz Settings.
The ordering I mentioned in post 2 is only about position in filepackage but doesn't mean the position in gallery/album, but as explained, your example link already works perfectly?

My apologize for being vague here, this is my fault for causing you to be misunderstand my point here. So I decide to tell you what happen in the situation:

If the e-hentai link here has the very random name like "vaeoiewigni22sogreswio33" this, without any number, and the rename button on the plugin not work for some reason, so how can I rename the pics with the number from 1 to 100, if I download 100 image only?

I still don't understand your request.

Filenames of e-hentai itema look to be numbered either way: With the "original filename" setting enabled/disabled so where is the need to rename and how would you like to rename them?
Please provide real life examples with "old filename" and "desired filename" as examples.

Let take the website rule34.paheal.net instead, and I want to download the image from my search result but I also want to rename automatically from one 1 to 100 (let assume that I download 100 image from my search results), so how can I do it?

You can either use packagizer rule or rename manually and JDownloader will use position/index of the link in filepackage (not album/gallery) for the number

in packagizer, the middle states "then set" and then you can find the filename section. top = condition , bottom = set

for rename dialaog, you have to select multiple links in order to have mass rename, else search/replace system doesn't make sense
