So far this issue seems to be limited to two websites (imagefap and motherless)
so not sure if it is on my end (likely) or plugin related or site related. I will get "host problem" "plugin outdated" and various other errors but it will not download from these two sites. It verifies online status of the files fine though. I will post a log of the issue. 18.06.24 10.39.42 <--> 19.06.24 00.11.33 jdlog://8453411370661/ I attempted downloads from other site to verify it is working fine elsewhere and it is. I can also download fine from firefox directly. I did a complete backup and reinstall as an attempted fix but that did not help. Any advise on what setting I have messed up would be appreciated greatly. |

Hi,
please additionally provide some example links which can be used to reproduce this problem.

Two entries in one package provide these urls. Though this issue again appears to happen with all download attempts from both of these websites.

@stripe1000: motherless will be fixed with next update
Imagefap working fine here, but according your log the connection gets aborted -> resulting in network host error. can you open imagefap normally in browser without vpn/proxy? The log shows that you hit the stop button and then this error happens. I've updated plugin to correct handle this. Wait for next update

Glad to hear it on motherless. I was losing my mind over what I had done wrong.
To answer your question I can access Imagefap normally both with and without VPN via firefox, but not for JDownloader either way. It may be showing start/stops in the logs because of me trying to figure out what was causing the "temporarily unavailable" and "host problem" errors myself before posting here. I can wait for the next update push and if Imagefap is still an issue then I can create and post a new session log without my sad attempts at troubleshooting if you wish? |

Updated and sadly both sites downloads still show "temporarily unavailable" even though the links are reachable by firefox. New log:
19.06.24 10.28.09 <--> 19.06.24 10.30.48 jdlog://7553411370661/ |

OK, now some of the motherless links are finishing and some are "temporarily unavailable" even though all are reachable via firefox.
Imagefap is still all "temporarily unavailable" as of yet. New log: 19.06.24 10.28.09 <--> 19.06.24 10.50.52 jdlog://8553411370661/ |

I can't find that problem in your log.
Please provide the following information: - Example links Please try the following workaround: See last step of the following troubleshooting: https://support.jdownloader.org/de/k...-downloadspeed -> "InternetConnectionSettings.preferredipversion"

Switching it to IPv4_IPv6 appears to have worked. Seems my VPN is not providing IPv6 service at the moment and I had not noticed an issue anywhere else. Thank you for letting me know about the setting and giving me a heads up about another problem I did not know I had.

OK. So I changed VPN server, with no effect. I then restarted JDownloader and now it started the files again. New log:
22.06.24 09.58.37 <--> 22.06.24 10.00.39 jdlog://9063411370661/ Same links as above. |
