How can I set a fixed quantity of files per package?
Hello, I wanted to ask if there is a way to download 1, 2, 3... files per package, so I can download 1 file from each package (ej.) so I don't have to wait to download the next package while the first one is downloading (2 or more packages parallel download). Thanks a lot.

Soo many tickets Many are *forgotten* in history but also a sign for *not much demand*
I'm not saying that this is no *useful/good* feature but more of a power feature

if you have a premium account, various hard drives and want to minimize fragmentation while downloading multiple files, it would be a very useful option

JDownloader uses Sparse Files for downloading, that means that parallel downloads on the same drive will end in higher fragmentation. For archives that's no big problem because they are extracted.
Fragmentation should not have that large impact on the overall performance. You can try to increase Settings->Advanced Settings->GeneralSettings.maxbuffersize to have larger writes eg set to 4096
