An error ocurred - (File not found) and exists and also downloaded...
Hi all.
Since yesterday I found this issue (Also today I updated and have the last version). I have a paid uploaded account and the files I am trying to download starts without a problem. Just in the moment the download is finished, instead of the automatic rename of the .part file to the original one, the error message appears, so no rename nor automatic extract. If I manually change the name of the .part to the (normally .rar) and extract it, works fine. The logID is:28.10.14 08.12.22to28.10.14 08.00.04 jdlog://9036473693141/ in case you need it. If is there anything else I can do to help, let me know. Regards, |

I'm having a similar problem, using Uploaded through Simply-Debrid on JD2.
But instead of saying file not found, it asks for a Captcha code when the file gets to 100%. Then I have to rename the file manually for it to work. |

@notuo
Can you reproduce this? If so, how - please post example links! @RavenRules Please post a log as well. If this new? Make sure Firewall/AV scanner does not block JD and make sure the download destination has needed permissions. GreeZ psp

My log is: 29.10.14 06.18.26to29.10.14 06.33.09 jdlog://7437473693141/
This just started happening on late Monday/early Tuesday (US, Central time). It seems to be related to the recent issues JD2 had with links from Uploaded. I'm using the same destination and firewall/AV settings that I've always had. |

From your log, I can only see that you skipped 2 captchas - no file not found error or alreadyexists.

Yeah, my problem is that I keep getting Captchas whenever a file gets to 100%, then I have to go in manually and change the file type from .part to .rar in order for it to work.

Yes but the initial problem is not in your log...

Okay, perhaps my mistake as that last log was only the most recent.
Here's one going back to the early hours of October 27 (as far back as it goes): 29.10.14 07.03.06to27.10.14 07.07.39 jdlog://4047473693141/ |

Hm set max connections per download to 1 and retry.
If you still get problems retry tomorrow or the day after - your issue might have been fixed but updates are not yet released. GreeZ psp

Seems like you send the uploaded directlinks to JDownloader.
This is simply not the right way to do it. Simply add your uploaded account to JD (already added, can see it in the screenshot), then simply add the NORMAL uploaded.net/XXX Links and download them. Do NOT open them via browser and/or send their directlinks manually to JD! GreeZ psp

OK, thanks for your comments.
So what you say the correct way to do is: 1) Right click the web link 2) Copy link location command 3) Then click (in JD2) add new links The way I always did this is as follows (Before JD2 I was using another download manager) 1) Click on the link. 2) I choose then flashgot (firefox extension), 3) Then I get the window "Destination folder" from flashgot and this worked fine since (really) years. Thanks again and waiting for your comments. |

The right - and much easier way is the first way
This will work for all supported hosts with JD. You only need Flashgot if you download for example from an unsupported video streaming site. GreeZ psp
