Default Delete default option

When I trying to delete download links window opens with three options: keep files and remove from JD, move to trash and remove from JD, delete permanently and remove from JD.
How can I set default option of three?

Thanks for answer, but this setting defines show or not dialog at all and all three options defines "....never delete files from harddisk", but I want this dialog shows always and change default option in this dialog.
