Smile Whats cousing this slow downloads

can you tell me what is coursing this please, thank you its been doing it for two days now

The devs will probably ask you to provide a log to help any troubleshooting.

slow downloads could just be overloaded servers on hoster side
could be bad routing from between isp and hoster
could be issues at your isp
other program or systems on your network could be hogging traffic
antivirus/firewall software could have introduced new feature which scans in real time (known to slow down download speeds)

screen shot really doesn't give us that much background information
but personally I would remove the speed limiter so you get more graphical feedback from the speed graphic.
I would do more testing to try and identify fault.

I encounter slow speeds with k2s myself recently. Some are fast but average is between 500kb/s - 1mbyte/s. I guess either those servers are overloaded or some overloaded routing between client and server.

At the moment best I can reach is about 300 kb/s
