I´ve try some hints from other articles, to parse a csv/txt file. For example

no matter what i do. JDownloader can´t "list" the links from the file and decrypt them. JDownloader try to read the file in the linkgrubbertag, but can´t find anny link. I create the csv.file over a algorythm in Gnu-R, maybe the error lays in the creationprocess itself (UTF-8 conformation, anny default destrictions that I don´t match). Anny ideas?

1. remark: I copy, past the links by hand and it works perfectly; I am using the actual version of JDownloader
