I would like the ability to set simultaneous downloads for a specific host.

So if JD2 is downloading a list of files, and then comes to a host I specify it will automatically set that host to download however many files I want.

And then when it gets to the next host, it will go back to normal (unless I have set it otherwise)

Settings > Advanced Settings > GeneralSettings.domainrules

Example:
