Hello all,

I would like to know how to download files from filejoker with JDownloader ,without the need of having a premium account,if possible?


Especially via Firefox.

I have heard something about the JDownloader plugin,but I don't know how to use it.

Please tell me.

Short summary:
JDownloader supports free downloads from filejoker but it's impossible at this moment because filejoker switched to a captcha which JD does not yet support which is why it doesn't work at this moment ...

Yes: Manually via browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox).

Should be self-explanatory.
Please keep in mind that some of their files are only downloadable for premium members -> You will see an errormessage in your browser then.

Please also keep in mind that even if our plugin was working at this moment, JD is not able to bypass such limitations!

He means that until HCaptcha support exists, you will have to use the browser for downloading and not JDownloader

To me the errormessage on their website is easy to understand:

... it states that the file is only downloadable with a premium account -> Even if our plugin for free downloading was working at this moment, you could only download it with a filejoker.net premium account!

"Is there any other way to download this file" - No - buy a premium account or find someone that owns one and is willing to download that file for you.

I'm unable to reproduce your issue.
Yes they did have login-captchas in the past but our plugin should be able to get around most of them.
According to your log, your account was added without any issues.
Does the problem begin once you try to start downloads?
If so, please post another log as I don't want to mess around with your account -> Filejoker tends to temporarily ban accounts fast when multiple IPs login into the same account in a short time.

Just letting you know (if u dont already) That Filejoker FREE mode seems broken....Getting error "unsupported chaptcha type: hcaptcha" then gives a 3 hour wait.

Never seen this before...please fix asap.

yes, I do not have any problem with login.
the problem happens when i want to downoad a link. before this problem, browser was opened and solved the recaptcha but now recaptcha is not loaded because filejoker use hcaptcha and it seem that you does not support hcaptcha yet.
I used the browser and i get recaptcha.
In the log i sent, i added a link and try to download but it wants me solving hcaptcha (in fact,it shows invalid key,....).
As it's related to hcaptcha , i do not think additional log is needed.
I should wait for hcaptcha support in jdownloader

Ahh so you're saying that they are using hcaptcha as premium download captcha too?
That's bad news!

Have you tried to contact their support and at least asked them to revert this change and use reCaptcha again for premium downloads?
This might be a good idea apart from waiting for JD to support hcaptcha ...
Also, premium users usually do not have to solve captchas. This is a really poor design by filejoker and as a customer you should let them know that you're upset!

There is no exact ETA.
The last given ETA was "end of january" but please do not rely on that.

Does anyone know of an alternate download manager that has Hcaptcha in the meantime? I'm having problems with downloading by browser- a lot will stop and fail when almost done and then for HOURS it says the download hasn't finished and then when that ends I still have the four hour wait to try again. I've literally gone days without successfully downloading a file

You can still download with JDownloader. Use your browser to fill out the captcha, wait for the countdown to complete, click through to get the download link, and then copy the final Download File link into JDownloader and it will download fine.

I've read several posts about that technique working. But for some reason, whenever I try it, JD2 starts a 10 minute timer and says "File temporarily unavailable". After 10 minutes, the timer starts again.

Has anyone else ever run into that problem and found a solution? Is there a setting for Filejoker that gets around that issue?
