Seems like my JD Link Decrypter has lost the ability to add YouTube links.

I did get a window telling me JD had a problem which needed to be fixed via restart, I ignored the prompt but tried restarting 3 times now..nothing!

Please help!

i'm running JD2 Build date Tus Nov 05 00:56:37 CET 2013

You tube links do not parse with either clipboard monitoring nor normal link analyse or deep link analyse.

It worked up to yesterday so it must be something with the current build.

I can provide any other info if required.

Yep strange thing is sometimes the xml subtitle files for the youtube video show up in various, but the video itself will not add.

But yea it went from apparently throttled adding of links yesterday to none adding today.

So, is it lack of http 303 support or what? In any case, a lot of videos just don't get added to the linkgrabber anymore. Latest example:

but the jdownloader can't download it.
i guess because of the sign - and _
so jdownloader can't download the video
because other video without the sign , still can be downloaded

This last few days i had some "basicauth" message on various youtube videos, but today I can't get a single link to work, it always ask for the basicauth...

it's related to my fix, as the header response triggers basic auth dialog in stable.

@everyone using non JD2..
you will need to wait for update to come out, or you can use it now within JD2. No ETA for stable update.

I just installed jD 2 because jD 0.9x seems to be dead for most things: can't even download YT and wait times for updates are like a month old.

Why don't you just kill off jD 0.9? jD2 has been in beta for over a year.

In due time! I've asked Appwork the other week if they had a time frame in mind, they do but I wont announce anything as it most likely wont be kept. As most deadlines/time lines in software development/engineering.

i have updated latest version with update manager, but after update jdownloader asking me username and password for youtube links and i cant download anything without username & password. can i cancel or uninstall the update from my system. because it changed all beautiful system that works great!

On three separate PC/laptops I have -- Win 7, and Win XP Pro -- with the latest JD installed, YouTube links can no longer be added.
Not sure what the underlying issue is.
Please help!
