Maybe I'm misunderstanding how it all works, but why doesn't JDownloader give me the option to mux this 152 kbps Opus audio track into the video? With episode 1, for example, if I download it as a video, it only lets me choose from 48 kbps Opus, 64 kbps Opus, 128 kbps Opus, or 128 kbps AAC.

Using custom Ffmpeg commands, you can mux stuff outside of the options, JD gives you.
See Settings --> Advanced Settings --> Search for "ffmpeg"

Hello, I was previously able to download youtube videos with JDownloader, but for the past three days, it hasn't been working. I am using it on a Macbook Pro mid 2012, and it seems the issue is coming from the laptop itself as I tried to run it on a PC and it worked, and a friend of mine tried on his Macbook from his house and it worked. no idea to be honest. It shouldn't be too long 30mins or maybe 1 hour depending on I guess how long you have been requesting for.

For those having issues with supposed timeouts or links showing offline, you might want to review my post a while back when I was having an issue which yes still happens to me when trying to grab 10 or more links. I still have to restart JD between grabs and downloads when too many are there which is still frustrating but it tends to work for now and I try to wait to DL those until other non YT links are finished.

As another note most of the time I don not log into youtube and I also know they are changing their browser front end per some of the times i see such as "This version of YouTube is going away soon. Switch to the new YouTube"

Did you download a lot of content from YT recently?
Did you try changing your IP or e.g. using a VPN and check if you got better speeds then?

Please keep in mind that we do not have any influence on the downloadspeed ...

I do indeed download a lot from YT, this is probably why I have been banned, now I don't know how to change my IP. I can try a VPN and I'll let you know the result. thank you

Can you still watch YT videos via browser?

If you do not have a static IP, you will get a new one when you restart your router ... or use a VPN but especially public VPNs will get you in trouble even faster (Bans, hard to solve Google captchas and so on).

I seem to have a stati IP. I can still watch videos, but I can't download them through JDownloader or Folx. It works with a VPN though, I tried windscribe but it is limited to 10 Gb per month. Can you suggest a free unlimited VPN for Mac OS?
