By default JDownloader enables all host plugins.
Lot of times, we would like to enable only few host plugins.

If we need only 5 host plugins, we have to disable hundreds of other plugins by clicking on individual checkboxes.
It will be good if we have a button to enable/disable all host plugins in single click.
That way, we can disable all host plugins and then check only required host plugins.
