jd does not grab links avxhm reCaptchaV2
Hi,
Today, around 18:30 (GMT + 2), I discovered that links are not grabbed by linkgraber. Any attempt to add the links manually failed as well. Any idea what the issue might be? Logs are attached. Thank you. |

Hi,
please add a more detailed problem description. Your log contains downloads from various websites. -psp-

Well, I don't know what else I can add: as I wrote, when I copy a link to memory, nothing is added in linkgrabber, and the same happens when I try to added it manually.
It seems that I'm not the only one it happans to him: a friend called me and said that he has problems with Jdownlowder, and when I tried, I've found out that I have too. Hope his helps. If not. please let me know what information I can supply. |

Please post some example URLs.
So it doesn't work via "Add links dialog" but also not via clipboard observation? Please make sure that clipboard observation hasn't been mistakenly disabled: Check The notepad-like symbol in the main toolbar. -psp-

Research results
Yes. It doesn't work both ways.
I've looked deeper into the process, and this is what I came up with: 1. When I visit the folder where the would be downloaded file is kept, the clipboard works fine. i.e. the file URL is grabbed and started download. 2. When I try to use the linkgrabber on the page where the post is "advertized", the linkgrabber doesn't work. 3. If I try to add the link manualy, I get the response captured in the attached Jd-1.jpg (the notepad-like symbol is checked). after pressing "continue" I get the response captured in the attached Jd-2.jpg. After pressing "Open Browser" I get the response captured in the attached Jd-3.jpg (the Hebrew comment means that there is a problem, something concerning illegal domain). I hope you can make something out of the above... Last edited by Winnie613; 19.01.2021 at 00:58. |

Hi,
seems like you're simply having issues with our browser captchas and avxhm since they've recently introduced captchas. Please read this and go through the troubleshooting guide in an attempt to fix the non-working browser captcha solver on your side. Start by uninstalling all browser addons except myjdownloader. -psp-

Thanks, psp.
I came to roughly the same conclusions as you describe. I'll try to follow your instructions and come back to report. |

Hello again,
Wrote a complaint to avxhm and also update JD and suddenly everything's back to normal. I don't know if you've changed something or avxhm (or both) - and I really don't care- but now everything works fine. Thanks again, psp, you can see the case closed...
