Can't create recent log
Log option only ables me 3 items. All only from October. Having an issue where youtube downloads restart all the time never progressing pass 8% but I think you may need a log for that

1. Close jd2
2. Delete the folder "logs" 3. Start jd2 4. Reproduce the issue 5. Try to create a log.

@WolfJD
Please be patient, Appwork typically doesn't work weekends. They will get into work shortly. raztoki

I have the exact same problem.
Last log was from October 31 to October 31. Deleted log folder, now I get the same messages described on posts 3 and 4 above. If you have found the solution with the user above, can you explain how to fix it? Last edited by GreenXIII; 10.12.2015 at 03:51. |

Please close JD, and clear your logs folder. With every start of JDownloader a new subfolder will be created.
And in case you are unable to upload logfile. Please zip your logs folder and send to support@jdownloader.org

Restarted JD2 several times now, the problem persists. No log files, same error message as posts #3 and #4.

Sure you did not disable logs in Advanced Settings?

There are no files or folders inside the "logs" folder in JD2 directory. There ins't anything I can zip.
I'm not finding any options to enable or disable log files on the advanced options. Sending my info on PM now so you can Teamview me. EDIT: can't PM you, where can I find you now? Any chat room? Shall I send it through e-mail? |
