Default only have an ".part" file,could it be recovery?

forget to backup JD when uninstall system,only have an ".part" file now,could it be recovery?

not quite following, but if you removed JD in some manner and starting fresh and all you're left with is incomplete downloads you wont be able to resume that data. The information about its download progress is kept within JDownloader config files and thats missing.
