I've noticed that stuff now works for this (like how much download limit you have left)

However, now I'm getting the above message and no download, even though I confirmed the download site is working, related/new plugin problem?

P.S. Checked, and jd2 apparently does a partial download at slow speed before "temporarily unavailable" message?
