Default Could not write to file.

Hi,

Recently i've encounter an error msg which states could not write to file D. Access is denied.

How do i go around solving it?

Tell us about your D:\ disk, try with folder, check the permissions (in property).
Have you tried with your C:\ disk?

If you get "No permissions to write to hard disk", please, read about connection problems and their solutions.

It works with C:\ disk. it is definitely not with my connection as it is working well.

I've tried and tested however it still doesn't solve the problem.

If this is the error message you get, then all known causes and recommendations have been listed in that post.

Did you already un-install your virus and firewall? Only un-install your firewall when you've one already in your router, otherwise install and configure another firewall first.

Could not write to file: D:\xxxx.part (Access is denied)
drive d: is not mounted or write protected

please set correct downloadfolder (rightclick on package and set it)

sorry i dont get this part, how do i set it? i've tried to get it set to D drive but the problem still occurs.

rightclick on the package and set new downloadfolder
the settings is only for *new added packages*
