Entpacken funktioniert nicht mehr

Hi

leider war ich gezwungen mein jdownloader auf meinem Synology NAS neu zu installieren. Leider funktionieren RAR5 Archive nicht mehr. Beim letzten Mal habe ich Support via Teamviewer erhalten ist das nun wieder möglich? Komme selber nicht weiter :(
