Please provide a debug log, Settings-Advanced Settings, search for debug and enable log debug. Restart JDownloader and try again and provide new log
From log I guess issues caused by firewall/av but need debug log to tell more

Log seems not debug log. Did you enable log debug, restart JDownloader and create new log?

The log again doesnt contain any debug information. Maybe the av deletes the logs from disk.
You can zip the logs folder and send to support@jdownloader.org then I can check it in raw

Okay, something is not okay with your setup. All logs are the same.
On each restart of JDownloader a new log folder should be created.
I suggest to close JDownloader. Delete the logs and tmp and update folder and the Core.jar file
Then wait for update of JDownloader and create new log and then send us the zipped logs folder to support@jdownloader.org
