I used "My JDownloader" on my Synology since many months and I'm trying install "PhantomJS" but I don't know how....

Who have already do that ?

I'm sorry but we cannot provide help with that. You either need a precompiled binary that runs on your system or need to compile it yourself.
You can use following search terms for google
arm phantomjs compiled binary synology
(remove arm in case your device has a X86 cpu)
