recaptcha Picture Captchas completely unclear
Chrome Browser Plugin (in Iron Browser) doesn't stop sending the solution and times out (even when messagebox counter is stopped by crossing checkboxes with mouse pointer.
Android (log: "prdtr") seems to send but to no avail. Continues telling there is a captcha to solve, it's the same already solved. jdlog://8776814015941/ |

Please try to disable PhantomJS
Settings-Advanced Settings-PhantomJS.enabled Please report back when this doesn't solve the issue

Thanks for the advise,
though retest failed. The described measure puts the failure forward to the point, where the captcha isn't even shown. Chrome browser plugin is counting up a red number in the lower right and remarkably makes an effort to bring up the captcha on click but fails. Android reports the presence of one or more captchas, brings up the captcha loading dialog but removes it before something is shown to be solved. Both remain in announcement of those captchas to be waiting. Other captchas are shown correctly and the solution is sent. Last edited by dtr; 30.10.2017 at 21:49. |

Captcha not showing and red numbers sounds like Browser-Google-Recaptcha issue.
Do you still have the issue? Can you provide screenshot of the *red number* ?

yes, ok (if you really, really want), but you know those. While captchas are waiting, the myjdownloader browser view shows the count of them in the lower right corner. It should there be a popup with the next capture to solve, but there isn't. I can click the number knowing, the popup would normally come up when unrepresented. A wait cursor that moment means to me, it has been tried, but to no effort, since the capture doesn't show up. There is to say: the used browser is a chromium adopted "iron browser". This doesn't mean very much to me, hence recaptchas are neither shown in the android app.

btw: the behavior doesn't depend on PhantomJS being activated or not.

I would like to do a teamviewer session with you, so we can check this together.
Send an email to support@jdownloader.org
