This is because of our OCR. Anyway, it's only a few reCaptchas but not all and besides the other types of captchas are well recognized by our system.

Can you please give me an example for a working captcha type?

So CaptchaSolutions does not have any human solvers like deathbyCaptcha, right?
We have to think about how we can communicate to our users what they can expect from the different solver services.

Yup, but we will soon be adding support for human solvers or if not outsource such service to a friendly 2captcha.com service, since we are in contact with them.

@coalado
thought the same thing the other day, since people are expecting near 100% solve rates, and if you get response from OCR like you experienced above, one could get banned from services due to lack of human like success rate. We do need a way to identify CES by human vs OCR providers

We have yet to add a 3rd-party support for human coders. We aim to add 2captcha's but seems to be unlikely deal. So far, what we have is cheapcaptchas'. All unrecognized captchas by our OCR will go to our cheapcaptcha recognition system.
Any updates on the integration? ![]() |

I will add a statistic system that collects success rates by solver and captcha type.
We will provide this information to our users.

@coalado
you could even use those stats internally, to prefer solver with higher success rates. Only problem with that type of option would be cost (say higher % provider could also cost more, always trade offs), but also be used to determine when a solver shouldn't be used, say they have issues which always return wrong answers.

Human captcha solvers support added but for PAID members and PRO members only.
This means all PRO and PAID members will have an option to get their captcha images solved by human solvers if in the case the OCR cannot solve the given captcha image. Also added support for AUDIO captcha type. Please see API documentation for further information. |

We don't support audio captcha at this stage, I don't think any of the plugins use it.
I assume that the changes pro/paid can use human solvers vs ocr is a checkbox/option within your website user profile?

Nope, it is automatic. When we detect that the user is paid/pro we send them to a human solver whenever necessary and as our last option for 100% recognition accuracy.
Also, can you please provide a list of instructions on how JD2 users can integrate our captcha solving service? Just here in this thread... |
