Someone has reported some/all of our files and this caused all files to be removed and account being suspended.

We're working on it but this might take some time

Is this the reason why the last update killed JD2?
I still had it running fine about 12 hours ago, started & updated some minutes ago and afterwards no download starts anymore.

Echoing the above - no links allow the process to start downloading - they say starting, and then the progress bar goes blank where it normally asks for the "solve captcha.." bit

Update: Thanks to terrific help from support staff helped us to regain our account
