Thumbs down [BUG] The "Force Download Start" command does nothing

Hi,
I tryed with different files but this command does nothing.
Remove it :-))

Works fine here.
Please add a more detailed explanation and provide a log.
My guess is that whatever you're trying to download just isn't downloadable at this moment.
