Question [Cloudflare] Strange problem with a takefile.link

Hello,

I have JDL on one computer and it works perfectly (OS is Win 10).
This PC has Java "Oracle Corporation - Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment - 1.8.0_162(32bit)".
However, on the other computer in the same network (OS is Win 7), I have a problem with takefile links: when I start download, it shows an error: "Server error 403". Why this happens?
This PC has Java "Oracle Corporation - Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment - 1.8.0_101(64bit)"

Both JDL version: "Wed May 26 10:56:44 CEST 2021"

the issue you've reported has been caused by our current Cloudflare issues.
Please read the first post of the linked thread and post in this thread if you have further questions!
In case you've posted a new thread and it will either get merged with the linked Cloudflare thread or we will lock it.
Please post Cloudflare related questions in the above linked thread only!
Attention: The first post contains useful information for you AND website-owners and also the hint that website-owners can solve this issue on their side which would also make our plugin work again! There is no ETA for the Cloudflare fix so it might be faster to ask website admins! Please read the first post of the linked thread completely and consider sending it to the admins of the website you are having issues with!

Wie können derzeit nicht sagen, wann es von unserer Seite aus eine Lösung für das Problem geben wird!

Additional information/hint:
You're saying that both PCs are in the same network but maybe you're using a proxy/VPN on the problematic PC?

It's working fine here but as explained in the Cloudflare thread, Cloudflare related issues can appear/disappear at any given time.

It may work because your first computer has working cloudflare cookie but then another Browser(your other JDownloader) without cloudflare cookies is suspicious to cloudflare and hence the challenge

First, thank you for your extremely quick answer!
No, I do not use a proxy, and these PC are side by side on my desk. So, it is really possible that it works because of cookie.
I tried to change a IP, but it didn't help. Could it help to start takefile after some time?

I have already asked takefile to solve this issue and forwarded link to forum.

It may randomly work/fail with Cloudflare enabled on the site. We don't really have a chance to influence it

However, after I complained to the takefile.link (as you advised me), they asked me for my IP and short after that the problem was removed!

@Jiaz: Yes, I got a message that they whitelisted my IP.
Few days after that my IP changed. I informed them again, and again they whitelisted my new IP.
So, I must say they are very cooperative.

@voja21: Thanks for the feedback. I think they are interested in keeping their paying customers "happy" by allowing them to use their tool of choice
