Any way to keep the FULL mega folder structure?
So, folder looks like this:
Mega Folder Folder a ----Folder a1 -------Folder a1-a ---------Folder a1-a1 ---------Folder a1-a2 -------Folder a1-b ---------Folder a1-b1 ---------Folder a1-b2 ----Folder a2 Folder b ----Folder b1 and so and so... Folder structure goes up to 6 layers deep. And for the life of me I cant get it to work, jdownloader just goes to the last folder and creates that, so I have Folder a1-a1 Folder a1-a2 Folder a1-b1 And so and so.. Ill add the link for clarification **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** is there any way for jdownloader to keep the folder structure completely intact? Ive been using the mega downloader because if not, organizing this would be absolute hell.. But Im up for going back to jdownloader if its possible |

believe JD will preserve directory structure, based on your imported url.
it does this with settings > package customiser > adopt directory structure (assuming its enabled and you have't bypassed package customiser rules when adding url) I assume it only works for a url that you import and children directories and not for parent directories. so under your example if you import 'mega folder' it will have everything accordingly. but if you import 'folder a1-b2' it will just have that directory without any parent linage.

Sadly, the most recent version of JD does not have a packagizer (which is what I think you mean by "package customiser") option for "adopt directory structure." See attached screenshot.
Can you clarify, please? What am I missing? Thanks very much! |

package customiser does exist (Language/translation can alter), the rule I'm referring to is one of two default rules, you do not have to (re)create it.
