If you want to download a movie that is just called "123456789.mp4" and the URL is just www. example.com/videos/download/123456789.mp4 is it possible to inspect the site source code for an anchor like <title> or any other unique identifier?

I would like to create a Packagizer rule. So far I have only found samples to modifiy an already existing filename in the download URL.
But can I also extend that to the site source code?
