Zippyshare must be added twice
Here's a test link for an epub: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
I've had to go thru the process of adding a link twice almost every time I choose a link from zippy. By that I mean right-click the link and choose Download with JDownloader, then MyJDownloader pops up and I click the big yellow button for my server. But the link doesn't show in Link Grabber until I do the whole process again. At first I thought my mouse was not working, but it's *only* with zippyshare. Is this a problem I can fix myself? Or is it a problem with the plugin? As always, thank you for JD! |

I can confirm this issue. I've faced this issue too.

Do you have setup any filters in JDownloader that match on Documents (html) ?
Links can either be file.html at the end or filename and in case of file.html filters might match and prevent those links from being added

I don't think so. I have packagizer rules for video and for specific websites (such as YouTube), but not zippy. I do not mess with the Advanced area. Also, I have not added any packagizer rules for at least a month. Does this answer your question? Let me know if you need more info and I'll do my best!

Would it be possible we can do a teamviewer session and check this together? contact us via support@jdownloader.org
I can't reproduce/find any issues. Please check if your JDownloader is connected and the popup shows the JDownloader as destination and NOT into *save for later* storage within your browser. That's my guess what might be happening.

I don't know what a "teamviewer session" is, but the problem seems to have corrected itself (cross my fingers)! I did a Windows update yesterday and rebooted a couple of times. I added 2 zippy links today with no problem. {shrug}
If it consistently happens again, I guess I'll post another topic but until then I consider this closed - unless Cyberavater still needs help. |

This issue should be closed. However, it doesn't happen to all the link but it happens! I can't post the link that I found the issue on cuz it's lost. I'll keep this page in my bookmark and will report back if found something like that again. Till then this should be closed.

Please pay attention in MyJDownloader browser extension that destination is a selected JDownloader instance and NOT *save for later*
For example due to proxy/vpn or connection issues the JDownloader has temporarily lost MyJDownloader connection and then the extension will choose *save for later*

My JDownloader is *not* set to Save for Later. It is a *choice* but I always click my server (JDownloader@MyServerName).
Sorry I forgot to note that in my previous response! |

Thanks for the feedback When it happens again and you can reproduce it, best would be to do a teamviewer session with us so we can take a look at this together. Just contact us via support@jdownloader.org
