Default Cannot add DataFile account

I am trying to add my datafile account, but I keep getting this error message

"Cannot add because premium account"

Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

yes it is. But you can normally add premium accounts to JDownloader, of course!

yes but some users try to add free account ;p or premium account that is expired which we treat as free account. hence the error message.

restarting client was able to add account

But my premium account is not expired, so I don't understand why there was a problem.

I also suggest you re-write this error message:

"Cannot add because premium account"

This gives the impression that JDwonloader is unable to add premium accounts, which is clearly untrue!

Your account works fine here and is not expired. Please check your time/date on your computer.

there is no error message in the plugin of that title, so I need the log to see what line of code triggered it. Otherwise very hard to identify the outcome and the cause. Hence why I asked for the debug log (logging isn't enabled by default for login issues). If you can reproduce the issue please provide the log. Cheers

I know it's not expired! That's what I said in the post above yours!

We ask for a debug log!
Settings-Advanced Settings- search for debug, enable log debug.
Restart JDownloader, Remove/Add the account. After error, create log and post the shown logID here https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs

but surely a debug log would only be of value if I could reproduce the original problem? Or would you like it anyway?

The log must contain the issue. Without any trace of the issue, there is not much we can check/fix.
